1 All overnight guests must be registered at time of booking in order to stay the night. All other guests must leave before 10pm. No 3rd party bookings allowed.
2 Checkout time is anytime prior to 10am. Guests who remain past checkout time will be charged an additional $50 per half hour of late checkout.
3 Parking is ONLY available in front of the home on the gravel pad. At no time should you park behind the home. Vehicles will be towed at owners expense.

If the house or linens are damaged or neglected, in a condition beyond what a reasonable, courteous, guest, would leave the dwelling in, an additional cleaning fee will be assessed. Reservations over 7 nights will require a by weekly cleaning at guests expense.
7 Absolutely no smoking of any kind to include cannabis. If we find evidence or smells related to smoking, guest is responsible for paying to host for any smoke damage.
